Neetu remembered when she and her late husband Rishi Kapoor stayed at New York during his cancer treatment time.
Rishi had a lot of love in him. But there was something he never really showed his love. He always kept his distance and bullying people, not show his love. Especially with me and my children, he was like a big thing. Respect and all and with that he lost out on a lot with his children. He was never a friend to them. But that year, he opened up. He showed love, went towards me also he was so lovely.”

Zeenat Aman Wants These New-Age Actors to be Cast in Her Biopic
Zeenat Aman was put on the spot in one of those heart-to-heart moments during the show when Karan asked her who among today’s actors would she like to see play out as herself in a biopic. With a swift and confident response, zeenat responded “Priyanka Chopra”.
Finishing the thought-provoking conversation, Karan invited the seasoned star to recommend an actor for this imaginary Rupa in Satyam Shivam Sundaram 2 . ″Without missing a beat, Zeenat said Deepika Padukone for the iconic role.
Neetu mimicking Zeenat and Hema Malini
Neetu was such a good sport on the show as she took up not only Zeenat with whom she sat together, but also their co contemporary Hema Malini. She reenacted the famous mandir scene from Zeenat, but she copied Hemaji as early as when they were introduced to each other socially with their little children and Hema confessed that Ahana and Esha Deol wanted to become actors.

Neetu said in the Rapid Fire portion of Karan, asking which current actor she would select as her stylist it will be Deepika Padukone an ex-girlfriend to Kapoor sons Ranbir Kapoor. Deepika also happened to be a Zeenat favourite, as the seasoned actor had mentioned that she would choose her if Satyam Shivam Sundaram 2 were ever created again.
Zeeenat Opens about Battling Depression
Zeenat also spoke about what she believed to be the reasons actors in this industry often fall into depression, and discussed candidly how fame is an unpredictable thing. Zeenat shared,
Fame is such a fickle thing. And you cannot hinge your sense of self-worth on that. Because one day you are loved; the next day you are disliked; the third day you are hated; and the fourth day you are pitied. And a few days down the road, they will resurrect you again. So why would you base your sense of self-worth on something as fickle as that?”
